Bodie

Bodie is a one year old loving, silly, yet chilled Kelpie x Husky pup.

He gets along well with his foster brothers and loves his zoomies and beach walks. He is also very well mannered with other dogs he comes across on walks, though as a large pup he can be a little too excited for some. If he comes across any snarky dogs he simply walks away. Bodie is pretty good on the lead but as a stubborn kelpie x husky he will require ongoing training. Though he does have moments of activity, he also enjoys a snooze on the couch or his bed and is quite a chilled out boy.

Bodie has not been in a home with children (to our knowledge) but is happy to see them when out and about. Due to his size, he may not be suitable for littlies, so we would recommend kids 7+ years. He is great in the car and his recall is pretty good (though this has not been tested off lead apart from inside and fenced garden).

Bodie loves to be around his humans and will need a home where someone is home most of the time or where he can come along with his humans. A dog brother or sister will be great for him to play with and keep company. Bodie needs to be exercised regularly and is moderately active. Bodie loves to play and snuggle with you and would not be suitable as an outdoor only dog. He wants to be part of your pack and join in with everything! Husky or working breed experience would be great but if you're willing to learn about these magnificent breeds, you're welcome to apply too!
