Hi there, my name is Diamond. I was living on the streets with my 4 kittens when the Angels rescued us and found us a safe foster home. My babies have all grown up and found their fur-ever families, so now I’m on the search for my own forever family too.

Nature
I am a confident but shy girl until I get to know you. I like to rub and twirl around your legs while you are preparing my dinner. I will let my Foster Mum give me stroke down my back or a scratch near my tail while I am eating my food. I am not too fond of being picked up as yet, but with time and patience I am sure I will get there. I have found these things you call toys are lots of fun.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I haven’t met children yet, so I would be best suited to a quieter household with older children/teens and adults. Small children and noisy households may be a little too overwhelming and scary.

I currently live with other cats in my foster home. I would need another friendly confident cat companion to keep me company, help build my confidence, and to show me the ropes. As always, I will need slow introductions when meeting any new members of the household.

Likes / Dislikes
I love to play with my toys. Some of my favourites are toy mice, balls, and laser toys. I also like to play with the other cats in my foster home.

I love to have my wet food morning and night with biscuits available all day, in case I get peckish.

I don’t like loud noises and sudden movements, and I will hide if I get frightened. But, I will soon come out again when the coast is clear. I am not fond of being picked up, so all four paws on the floor for me.

My PURR-fect home would be a nice calm household, with other cats to be friends with. I would love a household where someone has the time and patience to continue my journey to be the perfect pet.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical Notes: Diamond was exposed to Ringworm, a common fungal infection. She did not show any symptoms and was given the all clear by the vet.
