About Mia
Meet Mia! She is a beautiful ginger girl who has lived her whole life as an indoor only cat! Mia is safest indoors since she has never been outside, but she would love lots of fun things to do inside- scratching posts, wand toys, and chasing ping pong balls are among her favourite things to do. She has happily coexisted with a dog and another cat before and may be happy to do so again so long as she is not bothered by the other animals. Mia is an affectionate girl and likes pats, she occasionally sits on laps, and likes to keep you company when she's not exploring the house on the hunt for fun things to do.

You no longer need to submit an online application to adopt a dog, puppy, cat, kitten or small animal.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:
Burwood: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
