About Valentine
As of 2 September, Valentine will be located at PETstock Rouse Hill NSW (Masters Home Improvement Ctr, 1/4 Commercial Rd), and you can visit her during store hours, daily from 9am.
Valentine is Desexed and fully Vaccinated (until March 2024) and very ready to find her Forever Home.
Valentine and her sister Veronica came into DCH care from a rural property when they were about 3-4 months old.
Both kittens have adjusted very well to indoor life and they now love pats and attention.
Valentine is a very graceful and curious young lady with a gorgeously plush coat, and would be suited to an older/quieter family or to be company for another animal. Of course, Valentine will still need time to adjust to a new home.
Although she is not yet a fan of being carried around, she does love her pats and chin scratches, and of course a sunny windowsill! Flying insects will keep her occupied for hours, plus she does love a laser light.
Valentine is very “animal social” and loved to play with her sister, Veronica, and the other foster cats, plus she loved to hang out (inside) with the 2 x large Golden Retrievers in her foster home!
The $160 adoption fee includes:
So she lives her best and longest life, Valentine must also be an INDOOR ONLY cat. Please indicate if you are willing to do this when you lodge your interest.
Please lodge an "Expression of Interest" in-store at Petstock, Rouse Hill.
PLEASE INCLUDE INFORMATION such as whether you own other pets, if you have a quieter or more chaotic household and any other relevant details so we can determine the best fit for you and the rescue cat.
If you are renting, please ensure that you have approval for a cat BEFORE you lodge interest.
You must be an Australian Citizen and over 18 years old to adopt an animal, and, for a kitten, also be prepared to look after it for up to 20years! 😻

Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
