Bonnie
Winning the hearts of everyone she meets. Bonnie is a lady of grace and leisure.
So perfectly polite and well mannered as are all ladies of such class, but by no means is she a snob. Bonnie is the dog equivalent of Princess Diana. She likes things simple, is down to earth with no other agenda than to love and be loved. She’s sweet, affectionate and gentle in nature. She only speaks on occasion if she has something important to say. Her beautiful temperament makes her a good fit with couples, retirees, singles and families with children and other dogs.
When it comes to cuddles, Bonnie will happily oblige. You can 100% trust her to be inside alone when your out. Although completely housetrained, she won’t go out of her way to hold it when left for more than 4hrs…that’s a you problem.
Bonnie relishes her food especially boiled chicken and despite her fuller figure is quite the athlete. She can and will hurdle over a 1.2m fence like an Olympic gold medalist; has super cat-like prowess and agility she finds particularly useful to take left over food off the kitchen counter; she can rough house and play fight with the boys like a wwe wrestling champion; and in a game of chasey runs effortlessly with bullet speed.
This princess isn’t looking for a palace and throne, just a simple place that’s full of love, that’s her dream forever home
Adoption details

We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.

We only consider applicants that have completed our adoption application form. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1) Email and ask for an adoption application to be sent on farmdogzrescueinc@gmail.com
2) Check your SPAM FOLDER
3) Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form.
4) This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.
5) If you are successfully shortlisted, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a time for you to meet the dog in question.
6) A home visit will need to be conducted.
7) Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2-4 week trial period immediately.
8) The adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
9) During the first week 2 week trial period, we encourage you to follow all our instructions to ensure the dog settles into your family structure.
10) If during the trail period you should need any assistance or you decide that this dog is not for you, you MUST contact our state adoptions coordinator ASAP. (The more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available.)
Please note if the decision is made for you to return the dog for you to receive your payment you will, within 10 business days of the return of the dog.
