About Mr Bojangles
Meet Mr. Bojangles, the sweetest, charismatic little love bug! Mr. Bojangles is a handsome green eyed domestic medium hair who loves nothing more than snuggling up with his favorite humans. He is an adult male, estimated 2-4 years and has FIV. He has no other current health issues and is otherwise healthy and happy.
This charming fellow is a true lap cat who adores being held and cuddled. He'll happily curl up on your lap for hours on end, resting his head on your chest or arm, purring contentedly as you stroke his soft fur. He's also a big fan of pats, scratches and being brushed, and will nudge your hand and leap into your hand for pats.
Mr. Bojangles is a very social cat who loves to greet his humans with a friendly meow hello whenever they come home. He'll follow you around the house, chirping and purring to let you know how much he enjoys your company.
Mr Bojangles would love another cat friend but they would need to ensure they are FIV vaccinated or FIV positive themselves. Mr Bojangles will need to be an inside only cat and may need regular check ups in his later years due to his medical status. This is a small sacrifice to make for such a handsome man who's full of love.
Mr. Bojangles is also unfazed by dogs and would be a great addition to a household with a canine companion. He's a confident and laid-back cat who takes new situations in stride.
Despite being low maintenance and easygoing, Mr. Bojangles also enjoys chasing toys and pouncing on a fishing rod toy. He'll keep you entertained for hours with his silly antics.
Mr. Bojangles is happy to go with the flow, is low maintenance and doesn't require a lot of extra attention or fuss. He's happy to spend his days lounging in a sunny spot, curled up on a cozy bed or hanging out with you.
If you're looking for a loving and devoted companion who is also low maintenance and great with dogs, Mr. Bojangles is the cat for you. He's desexed, up-to-date on his vet work and ready to find his forever home. Come meet him today and see for yourself what a wonderful addition he'd make to your family!

Medical notes
Mr Bojangles is FIV positive this means he is looking for a indoor only home as a only cat or a fellow feline friend who has had FIV vaccinations.
A bit about FIV.
A cat diagnosed with FIV can live a normal happy life and can have a normal cat lifespan!
What is FIV?
Also known as cat AIDS, feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) is an infectious disease caused by a retrovirus belonging to the lentivirus family. It is in the same family as the feline leukemia virus (FeLV).
How is it spread?
The virus is present in large quantities in the cat's saliva, and the most common mode of transmission is via bite wounds.
Occasionally FIV is passed onto kittens who's mother is FIV positive. This may happen either in utero or via infected milk.
Cats don't become infected via mutual grooming!
How is FIV treated?
There is no cure for FIV, once a cat has it, it is for life. The goal is to provide supportive care to the infected cat. This may include:
• Regular veterinary check ups.
• Maintaining proper parasite control.
• Ensuring that prompt veterinary attention is sought at the first sign of illness.
• Feed a high quality diet.
• Limiting their exposure to disease by keeping them indoors and away from neighbourhood or stray cats.
• The use of anti bacterial and anti fungal drugs where recommended.
• Maintain a proper vaccination regime to protect your cat from other infectious diseases.
