About Sandy
A loving, chatty, active little chap.
Sandy is a sweet little boy looking for a quiet home. He loves his walks so daily exercise is a must (was walked 4 times a day in previous home!). Sandy is good on lead, however he barks at people, dogs, scooters etc so this will need working on in his new home, or walks in a quiet area would suit. He is completely cat social, good with chooks, but not suited to a home with bunnies or guinea pigs.
Sandy can be a bit standoffish when he first meets you and will bark, however a quick pat and a treat will win him over. Best suited to an adult only home or teens as is not overly tolerant of children and is not used to being grabbed - he is of course happy to cuddle with his trusted humans. He loves his soft toys and comes with a box full!
Sandy loves cuddles once he knows you and treats people as his personal furniture! He likes to snuggle in bed with you but is also happy to sleep on his bed near to you. He does need someone to take him out to toilet until he gets into your routine. He can be rather yappy as small dogs often are, so probably won't suit a unit complex or very busy traffic area. Sandy is a gorgeous little chap and in the right home will be a wonderful addition.
