🐾 Meet Zilla! 🐾

Name: Zilla or Zillz and Zilly to his friends is a two and a half year old persian boy who has a whole new lease on life since coming into care.

🌟 Zilla is a loving and sweet boy who adores spending time with people. Although it may take him some time to settle into his new home, once he feels comfortable, he'll show you his true colors and bring joy to your life. Zilla has a penchant for climbing and exploring, so a home with a fun scratcher where he can hang out would be perfect for him. One of his best habits is flopping onto his side for cuddles whenever he gets the chance. Get ready for lots of affectionate moments with this adorable sweet boy!

🐈 Zilla is a social cat who loves the company of other feline friends. He will thrive in a home with at least one other cat. While Zilla prefers a home without dogs, he can tolerate a small cat-friendly dog if introduced properly. For his safety and well-being, Zilla must be an indoor-only cat or have access to a secure enclosure. This will ensure that he remains protected while still enjoying the sights and sounds of the outdoors. Zilla is also comfortable living with kids aged 10 years and older, as long as they are kind and respectful towards him.

🩺 Zilla has been desexed, microchipped, and is up to date with his vaccinations and parasite treatments. He has an adorable little snaggle-tooth situation caused by a retained baby tooth. As both teeth are healthy and not causing him any discomfort neither need to be removed, but he does sometimes get hair stuck to his snaggletooth when he’s grooming himself, which just needs to be removed.

Zills is an enthusiastic user of his tray and will need a high sided one, to accommodate his digging.
As a brachycephalic cat, Zilla needs raised and angled bowls and even still can make a bit of a mess at mealtime.

His coat mats easily and will need daily brushing and regular clipping to keep it manageable for him and thankfully he absolutely loves having a brush. Zilla’s eyes also require a daily clean as does his chin because he’s a ‘happy drooler’!
