Hi everyone! Meet Kani, a pretty 6 year-old grey girl. She’s a very sweet lady, loves couch cuddles, walks, treats, and hanging out with her people. She’s looking for a new home as her family’s circumstances are changing, and we know she’s got a long life (with lots of love to give) ahead of her.
Kani has spent time among kids of all ages, and if she knows them, she’s happy to get pets, but is otherwise indifferent to them. If you have children, older dog savvy kids would suit Kani. She’s happy and playful with other dogs when she’s out in public.
Kani is perfect on lead, and will obey commands. Unusually for a husky, she’s also got good recall. And she’s not worried about storms. Kani is pretty quiet and will mostly vocalise when she needs to be let out to go to the bathroom.
She’s had a little bit of training, but not heaps. In her younger years she was crate trained, but this wasn’t kept up with.
We think Kani would do best as an only dog, or with a suitable male companion. She’s not a jumper or climber, but will occasionally dig.
Not suited to apartment or rural fencing.

Once we have received your application our team will respond as soon as possible - Replies can take up to two weeks.
It is a requirement for suitable applicants to agree to have yard inspection arranged by one of our team at a mutually agreed time.
