About Ruby
Ruby is a 2yr old medium mixed breed sweetheart. Ruby loves being around her people but she is also dog social and loves to run and play off lead. Ruby is still working on recall if there is something to chase however she doesn't go too far without checking back in with her people.
Although active, Ruby is not really high energy and is content to sleep for periods through out the day.
She does however enjoy the chance to stretch her legs on a walk and play with her doggie friends including smaller dogs but not suitable with pocket pets such as rabbits etc...
Ruby is good with children and walks well on the lead and has learnt the daily routine quickly.
Ruby is housed trained & enjoys being allowed inside in the lounge for a snuggle & currently sleeps indoors in her foster home.
Ruby would suit a variety of families as overall she is pretty easy going, whilst still loving the opportunity to be with her humans when she can.

If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please submit an enquiry via Pet Rescue rather than emailing us.
In your enquiry please include:
* your location (where you live) and phone number,
* a brief description of the family home - number of adults and children in the home
* identify any other animals in the home
* how long the dog or cat would be left on its own each day
* your previous experience with dogs (or cats if your enquiry is about a cat)
* the type of fencing you have and whether your fencing is secure
* anything else you think may be relevant.
We try and answer all enquiries asap but are all volunteers, so we thank you for your patience.
If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
