About Gracie
My name is Gracie, I am the sweetest girl. I arrived in foster care around a month ago now with my brothers Gizmo and Dusty. I am a super smart little lady and I am a quick learner. My foster carers already have me crate trained, where I sleep overnight without a peep inside in my foster carers lounge room. Indoor/Outdoor living is a must for me. I am also toilet trained. I am focused and super keen to learn, and oh boy if you have treats I will be your best friend.
I am currently working on my walking, and building trust with the world around me - So I would benefit from ongoing training, socialisation, and desensitisation to the big wide world. You can see in the video that my foster carer is teaching me loose lead walking. I am around 5 months old and only around 10kg and it doesn't look like I'll grow much more.
Gizmo, Gracie and Dusty.
We are three beautiful whippet cross pups, looking for our forever homes.. We have been with our foster carer over the past few weeks after arriving after being dumped and left to fend for ourselves. Our foster carers gave us a warm place to hang out and be ourselves and our personalities have flourished, we were totally shut down when we arrrived. We are a very bonded trio; you could say we are the three musketeers! we must always know what the other one is doing. Day by day we are learning to be independent. We are happy to be split up, but would benefit from a home with another dog - with a proper introduction of course.
We have been working with our foster carer on crate training we sleep all night long! love nothing better than slipping into our pj's and drifting off to sleep, we are toilet training, I'd say we are pretty much toilet trained and already getting into a routine!
As we are a young bunch, we would benefit from regular training walking etc and socialisation to ensure we are calm, balanced and happy. Our foster carers think we are sweethearts! When we look into your eyes, your heart will melt. And you will want to take us all home! We would require a home where our owners are home more often than not! We need owners that are willing to continue our training and give us our best life.
Medical notes
nil. Happy, healthy young girl.
