About Bear
Bear is a sweet one year old boy who loves nothing more than people.
It's a testament to his beautiful nature because people have treated him badly in the past. He was found as a stray with a leg injury and nobody claimed him when he found himself at the pound.
Bear's leg has fully healed and he is a bundle of joy and energy like any other puppy. But his time at the pound was not easy and has left him stir crazy.
In foster care, he is great with his foster sibling Anna and he doesn't take it personally when she has had enough of play time. She is a bit older than him and has different needs.
He is painfully unaware of his size and likes to sit on your lap if you let him. Bear would not mind if you cuddled him all day and he is so affectionate and snuggly. A typical velcro dog who has not yet learned how to enjoy alone time, but he will get there.
Bear is looking for a family to take him on adventures and show him how our world works. He is great with other dogs but cannot live with cats or pocket animals. Due to his size and goofiness, he would also be best suited to a family with older or no children.
