About Bumblebee Man
Say hello to the confident and charming Bumblebee Man! He is currently chilling in a foster home until he is adopted.
This guy has a big personality! Being a Bengal, he loves fun and games, sprinting around the house and some high climbing on occasion. So a tall cat tower would be great for him to exercise on, and he would love a few soft toys for wrestling games and other interactive toys to keep him occupied.
Bumblebee is sometimes too busy for smooching, and he might not sit on your lap. (He's always very smoochy at mealtimes!) But he enjoys helping with all the household chores, getting as close as he can to the action. And when he has had enough exercise, he enjoys sitting on the desk beside you as you type, or on the couch when you're watching TV. He will happily curl up in any cosy spot where his friends are nearby.
His outgoing confidence means he doesn't startle easily and he copes well with noises like washing machines. He travels well in the car and has been confident and friendly with the medium-sized dog in his foster home. He would enjoy the company of a tolerant and friendly dog, but his boisterous attentions could be too annoying for an elderly dog, and too arousing for a prey-driven dog. He may also enjoy the company of another playful cat.
True to his Bengal breed, Bumblebee can be very vocal. This is usually when he is unsettled, lonely or hungry. When he's with his family and comfortable with his surroundings he is usually much quieter. Bumblebee would be best kept as an indoor cat, with plenty of enrichment and company.
If you're interested in adopting him, please call the RSPCA Peninsula on 5978 9001 to potentially book an appointment to meet him!
