Sunny

Sunny truly lives up to his name bringing light to everyone's day. Sunny has to be one of the most affectionate roosters we have ever met, enjoying sitting in staff member's laps during lunch time and falling asleep nestled into your neck/shoulder.
Sunny arrived into our care as an owner surrender, a beloved part of the family raised with children and even harness trained! However, his morning song was not loved by the neighbours therefore his family, that loved him so dearly, surrendered him to the shelter.
Sunny is currently housed on his own but is after a family that knows how to integrate him into their own flock. Due to his affectionate personality, he may be picked on by large poultry groups, therefore would thrive in a smaller flock or integrated very, very slowly.
