About Rai
Beautiful Rai is simply a ray of sunshine!
This little girl is adorable with her floppy ears and gorgeous puppy dog eyes. Rai is a sweet little girl who enjoys cuddle time with her humans and her doggy friends. She is developing nicely and becoming bolder and more confident as time goes on with the guidance of her foster carer. Rai is an inquisitive pup who enjoys exploring the yard, chewing on sticks and playing with things that she comes across. She loves her toys and has just discovered that tennis balls roll around which has been the highlight of her week!
Rai has met a few new people on excursions out and she has been happy to be held by strangers and gives some gentle little licks. At this stage, she has had limited exposure to the big wide world so will need an owner who is able to commit to regular and controlled outings to build her confidence. She is currently living with her sister and two adult dogs who are great role models for her. Rai enjoys snuggling with the other dogs and definitely finds comfort and support from her doggy friends. Rai will need a home with another friendly and stable adult dog who can continue to show her the ropes.
While in foster care, Rai has begun her basic training and is learning quickly. She has learned how to sit and is now learning to drop and walk on a lead. As with any puppy, she will need a family who is committed to her ongoing training and development. Rai will benefit from attending puppy school classes to begin socialisation in a controlled environment. We anticipate that she will end up being a medium sized dog with moderate energy levels. Rai will need daily exercise and will need regular playdates with other dogs, preferably with known friend’s dogs rather than in a dog park environment. She travels well in the car so would love to tag along with her new family on adventures.
We are looking for a dog experienced home for Rai who will be able to ensure she has positive experiences as she is growing up. She will need a home with another dog as previously mentioned. Rai should be allowed inside the home to be with the family and will need a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night. She is a young enough puppy to learn to live harmoniously with other species of animals with the appropriate introductions and guidance. Rai would be ok to live with quieter dog savvy children. This gorgeous little girl will blossom into a wonderful companion and is bound to bring a lot of love into her new home.
If you would like to make this beautiful girl a part of your family, then please complete a Dog Adoption Enquiry Form on the Fetching Dogs website as the first step. Please include information about your current dog and previous dog experience, as well as the type of lifestyle that you can provide Rai.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
