About Johnny
Johnny came to us as a tiny unloved bundle of bones. Good quality food and a lot of TLC, and just look at this sweet little fella. He is confident, inquisitive, friendly and super affectionate. With Johnny being young he is going to need ongoing socialisation, training and exposure, for him to become the best dog that he can be. He enjoys going for walk and needs more work on this as he sees it as one big game. His toilet training is coming along and he will keep improving with reminders and plenty of opportunity to go outside. Dog training groups or individual lessons are a great way of teaching him manners and obedience and are highly recommended. Johnny has medium energy levels and after a play and cuddles he is happy to have a long nap. Johnny loves being inside so he can be part of the family, and will be looking for a home where he can sleep inside of a night. Johnny loves the company of other dogs so a home with a playful desexed adult dog is a must. Although Johnny hasn’t been around children, he is young enough and has a great temperament that with guidance he could easily be taught how to behave around them.
*Please only apply if you are ready to meet and adopt this pet now, and if all family members are in support of the adoption. *

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet. We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
