Although we named her Patricia, she kind of looks a bit like a potato so,
Taty Tots is the name that has stuck.
Our beautiful little chubba girl is a Pug x weighing in at 12.5 kilos
She is the sweetest ball of caramel soft fur shaped like a ball of mashed Potato. Her squishy face and warm soft temperament are a true joy. She just loves to be right by your side day and night whether you're doing the dishes or having a nap. She just loves a play and a run around. But warm wet kisses are her gift to you for loving her. For a chubby stumpy legged girl she is pretty agile, she can jump onto the couch and even the bed ( with help)
Patricia has had a full dental and a few teeth removed so her dental hygiene is perfect
Favorite Things:
Taty just loves cuddles, she loves to be close to you and feel your touch. Even at night she needs to sleep on the bed with you. She loves a good toy to chase and chew, throw and drag around.
Interactions with Humans;
Taty is so friendly with one and all. She is gentle with tiny kids and adults alike. Her only want is company. She follows behind you all day anywhere you go just to be with you.She would be suitable for all aged children
Obedience;
Taty like most Pugs, is very opinionated and likes to let you know when she is unhappy. She enjoys the sound of her own bark when she doesn’t get her own way but will do as she is told as long as she can hear you. She doesn’t seem to have any “tricks” but will come, stay and sit.
Animal Social Skills;

Taty love’s company and has bonded well with her foster sister sleeping with her in the bed and on the couch together as well as playing in the sun. She doesn’t seem bothered by the three cats that also live in the foster home although they are not inside with her.
Food;
Taty is currently eating a diet specific Pug food as well as the occasional carrot for a treat. She is trying to reduce her waistline and has actually dropped a few kilos running around.
Independence;
Taty seems ok on her own. She enjoys laying in the sun or on the couch. She will wander around in the garden exploring sometimes.
Bathing
Taty girl loves a very warm bath or shower and actually needs one every week to help with the endless pug shedding. She loves a good lather up and soak although she isn’t really fond of the hair dryer the crazy run around after seems all worth it.
Sleeping;
Taty sleeps in her foster mum’s bed. She tried to have her in a dog bed beside hers but Taty cried and kept trying to jump onto her bed. Once on the bed she gives you a quick lick and settles in for the night. She sleeps all night from 9 till 9 or later if left alone. Oh and she snores too.
Exercise;
Although Taty is short and stumpy she is pretty active for a pug and enjoys playing morning and evening and a walk every day would definitely be an advantage. She is still able to get up on the couch and bed if there is a step.
Inside the House;
Taty is very house trained and is definitely an inside dog not suitable to be kept outside at all. She is toilet trained and can use the pet door. She is very well behaved and has not caused any trouble in her foster home to date.

Ideal Home ;
Taty would be ideal for an older person or couple who might have another dog who needs some company. I think she may have lost her loving person and is looking for her new spot on the couch. The place where her kisses will be appreciated and her constant company is a joy. She loves a car ride so travel is a yes. She’s pretty agile but laid back because she’s mature. She has lovely manners and is really soft and warm to cuddle. She would enjoy grandkids visiting too.
Adoption criteria
A Secure yard with shade and shelter and grass to run
Patricia must be allowed to be an inside outside girl
Someone who is home more often than not
Children are welcome as she is great with kids
