About Ren
Ren is a gorgeous girl who turns heads wherever she goes. She adores all the attention that she gets from people and is very affectionate. Ren loves every person that she meets, including kids, and is keen to make everyone her new bestie. If you are looking for a best friend to join you at the local café, then she will happily oblige. Ren enjoys playing with her toys and spending time in the sun. She is definitely an outdoorsy type of dog who enjoys exploring and going out for her walks.
This beautiful pup has a curious nature and when given the right guidance by a confident handler she can take things in her stride. She is not fazed by common passing things like bikes or skateboards but sometimes there will be a loud noise or new thing that startles her or makes her unsure. Ren is able to make a fast recovery in these situations when her owner remains calm and gives her clear guidance.
Ren is currently in foster care with three medium to large breed dogs. She is very friendly with dogs that she knows and loves to play. Ren can be a little shy or unsure when meeting new dogs but warms up quickly to them. She will be suited to a home where there is controlled socialisation with other dogs which means playdates with friends and family dogs rather than dog park environments. Ren is a relatively active pup who will suit an active family that enjoy the outdoors. We expect her to be a larger medium or smaller large sized dog when fully grown (in the vicinity of 20-30kg). Ren will need a good daily walk and some play time in order to keep her physically and mentally satisfied but this should be coupled with some chill out time as well.
Ren has done really well with her training while in foster care. She understands the basics and walks well on the lead. Ren will thrive in an environment where her owners are able to give her clear boundaries and structure. She is still a young pup who will benefit from further training and socialisation. At home, she is almost fully toilet trained, crate trained and is learning her ‘bed’ command so that she can chill calmly with her humans in the house. Ren travels well in the car which makes it easy to take her along on all the fun adventures.
We are looking for a dog experienced home where Ren will be a part of the family but still treated like a dog rather than a baby. She will need a home with another well-trained dog who can show her the ropes and/or where someone is home more often than not. Ren should be allowed inside to be with the family and will need a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night. She loves kids so will be fine to live with them as long as the parents have the time and commitment to ensure that she is given the guidance and structure that she thrives on. Ren is an outstanding little pup and will absolutely blossom in the right home.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
