About Bindi
Bindi is an adorable one year old greyhound x whippet who has been through a lot in her short life. At just five months old, she was booked in to be euthanised due to a broken femur, but luckily a kind-hearted vet nurse stepped in and saved her life. She took Bindi home, paid for her surgery, and nursed her back to full health over the next few months.
Now Bindi is an energetic, happy pup who loves nothing more than playing with other dogs and spending time with people. She has a gentle nature and is great with little kids, making her the perfect family companion.
She lives in foster care with other dogs at the moment and is rarely left home alone. Bindi would do well with another dog in the home but would also be happy to be a solo dog if you take her from some doggy play dates a couple of times per week. She is not used to being home alone for long times though and is not suitable if you are out of the home during the week from 9- 5.
Bindi is not cat friendly and will chase rabbits. She is also pretty interested in sheep and goats and would have to learn how to ignore them if you live in a rural setting.
