About Bossy
Hello, I'm Bossy, a 6-month-old female blue and tan kelpie who's eager to learn about the world.
I'm very friendly to new human friends and love getting pats. I'm also fond of my foster siblings, including my litter brother Darcy. I'm confident around my doggie companions and love to explore new things. I can come when called, walk on a leash well, and sleep outside at night. I'm content to sit and watch the world go by from my little doggie palace.
I'd prefer a home with older children, as I can be wiggly. I'd love other furry siblings, but I'm uncertain about living with cats as I've never had any experience with them. If there are any livestock or poultry around, I will need to be monitored as I find them very interesting. I'm becoming more accepting of all creatures, big and small, but I'll need someone patient to help me grow my confidence in a quiet environment.
I'm a smart and active dog that requires mental and physical stimulation, so I'm looking for a family that can commit to my ongoing training and socialization to increase my confidence.
If you're interested in adding a beautiful and playful girl like me to your active home, please apply now! Let's become best friends soon!
Bossy is located in VIC.
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
