ABOUT
Stanley came to us along with multiple purebred Ragdolls from an urgent care situation up North. His hair was very matted and he had to be shaved, later earning him the nickname ‘little lamby’ from his carers, but he’s quickly regrowing his fluff. Initially in a busy cattery environment, Stanley was not coping well and was very timid. But in a calmer home environment Stan settled in and has slowly been gaining confidence. He very quickly decided pats were awesome, and he’ll head butt offered hands for head rubs and loves butt scratches. Initially these cuddles were only in his safe spot, but as he settled in he’s gained confidence around his carers and loves pats on his cat tree and even in the middle of the room. When Stanley is loving his pats he has the most gorgeous loud musical purr. He also has the cutest little chirps and mews particularly around meal times and when he wants your attention for extra pats, and I'm sure he’ll get more talkative as he continues to gain confidence.
Stanley has lived with multiple cats in the past and continues to show his affectionate nature wanting to head rub into his current companion when she’s close, but also respects her preference for personal space. He’s starting to meet the kittens in his foster home and while a bit nervous, he is sure to make friends quickly. He’d love a kitty companion and a confident friend could help him in his new home.
As much of a Cuddly gorgeous guy Stanley is, he is still rather shy of strangers and change, so is unlikely to interact much at a meet, but for anyone with the patience and love for him, he will repay the kindness tenfold.
