About Nova
Delightful Nova is an 18mth old Kelpie girl who is a pleasure to be around! Nova’s zest for life and get up and go attitude are simply charming. She is a leggie kelpie girl with plenty of personality and a wonderful honest nature.
Being a clever little miss, Nova has mastered a sit and wait for her dinner, and her recall is good. She is a curious young lady with a talent for following scents. Nova is food motivated and takes treats politely. She is learning to heel on lead, relishes her onlead hikes, and enjoys stretching her legs and zooming around the paddocks at home. She travels in the ute tray and car well, and quietly waits for you to run errands in town.
Nova adores her people and likes to be part of the goings on. She is well behaved around the horses and keeps herself entertained when you are busy carrying out chores.
She gets along well with her older kelpie foster siblings, pottering around with her foster brother and knowing when to keep her distance from her elderly foster sisters! Nova quietly curls up on her bed in the living room in the evening and stays put on her mat overnight until her foster siblings stir in the morning and it’s time to go out and start another joyful day!
Nova’s foster siblings have set a good example for her, and she accepts her place in the family, looking to her canine friends and her humans for cues. A young kelpie with smarts and spirit, Nova will do best in a home with time to spend with her. The country life and wide-open spaces are a good match for her. Nova will excel with clear boundaries and ongoing training, and your commitment will be rewarded by Nova’s endearing devotion to everything she puts her mind to, including you!
She would suit an individual, couple or family with older children. Nova would be happy as an only dog soaking up all the attention from her human(s) for herself, or with an older dog as a mentor. Nova is an adorable, vivacious young girl with a genuine heart, looking for that special human friend to share the adventures of the world with her!

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
