About Woody
Howdy partner, I’m Woody – pleased to meet you!
It might be hard to believe, looking at me today but when I came to PUR after being found on the side of the road I was emaciated, had a horrible skin infection, and was so scared of this big world. I have come SOOO far thanks to my foster family and PUR’s care and now I’m ready to find my forever home.
I loooove meeting new people. I must say hello to everyone and brighten their days with my wiggly bum and happy nature. I also enjoy adventure. Sniffing, digging, chewing – they’re all things that make me happy. Don’t get me wrong, I also love a good cuddle up on the sofa come night time. My foster mum says I have a beautiful and fun personality, and will do some silly things that will make you laugh. I am still a young boy and need someone who is willing to put the time and effort into helping me grow.
I have a lot to learn, but I am smart and learn quickly. Sometimes loud noises scare me, so a quiet environment would be best for me. I could possibly live with another dog, as long as we get along well and they can match my energy! I don’t want to live with any young children though. Are you the one I’m looking for?
