About Enya
The first of our Koolie x Kelpie pups are ready to start the search for a home.
Enya is a 13 week old (DOB 1/1/2023) Koolie x Kelpie girl that loves and demands human attention. She is a soft natured girl that wants to be a doted on as an active family member.
Enya is a tripping hazard currently - always under your feet so is not suitable for a home with family members unstable on their feet. She is also at the mouthing, grabbing clothing stage of puppy development so not suitable for a home with infants and toddlers.
Enya is good with other dogs, but does need to be socialised with respectful dogs that will teach her doggy manners. She has not had any exposure to cats so will need some training and guidance.
Enya has been flea and worm treated, had her first vaccinations, desexed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $900.
Type of home Enya would suit;
✅️ Family that is active and committed to training a pup.
✅️ An indoor /outdoor lifestyle - Enya needs to continue her toilet training.
✅️ A well established and older dog that is tolerant of pups.
✅️ Secure fencing to keep her safe.
❌️ Not left home alone for 7+ hours each day whilst people are working. Pups need lots of stimulation, guidance and socialisation.
❌️ No babies or toddlers in the home due to Enya's tripping hazard and mouthing stage.
❌️ No home where a family member is unable on their feet due to Enya's tripping hazard.
This girl has the sweetest nature that loves snuggles and plays.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
