About Archie
Archie is an easy-going, affectionate, calm, beautiful young lad.
He isn't aware of his size and thinks he’s a lap dog! He prefers to be the little spoon but is happy if he can touch the humans with his foot while he naps.
Archie has experience with cats, horses, chooks, and other dogs and enjoys car rides.
Gardening is fun, but digging the same hole over and over, every time you fill it in, is better! If he could add shoes and socks to the holes he would be extra pleased!
Walks well on lead has good manners, sleeps quietly through the night and enjoys learning new things to earn tasty treats.
He will go to the door when he wants to go potty, but if you leave him waiting too long, he will pee on the floor. He is still very much a baby.
We are seeking a home where he will get the love, training, understanding, and interesting life he needs. Teenage kids, cats, other animals and female dogs are options for him as housemates.
He has come to us with his litter and we have worked on socialisation and training. He has done well and has improved rapidly. He is brave by nature but as they all do, needs a calm home with committed, kind and stable humans.
If I sound perfect for you, please complete the short adoption application form in the attached link, please note this is the only way your application will be considered: https://homelesshounds.com.au/adopt/dogs
Medical notes
Archie is desexed, microchipped and up to date with vaccinations and parasite control.
He is in perfect health.
