Tonto

Tonto is just like a newborn baby who loves to be rocked to sleep, cuddle and eat.
Tonto is a staffy X. We believe bulldog mix based on his colors and head shape. His ears fold to the middle of his head making him look so gorgeous.
His vet appointment had him weigh in at 6.3 so based on this we believe he will be a medium to large at full growth.
He is an adorable little man who will follow you to tell you what he wants and needs. Tonto loves to sit on your lap to sleep or be rocked and held like a baby. He loves to bask in the sun and play with his toys. Some unique toys are empty water bottles and cardboard boxes.
Tonto can sit on command and currently is learning how to shake but doesn’t mind if you grab his paw to shake “hands”
Tonto has mastered walking up stairs in a double storey house to visit his sibling humans.
Tonto is fine with other dogs
Tonto also met our mini lop bunny and was quiet and sniffing without any aggression.
Tonto enjoys cuddles from visitors and they will instantly fall in love with him! He loves the attention looking up at everyone adoringly with those beautiful puppy eyes.
ADOPTION CRITERIA
A home with a medium to large backyard with grass, shelter, and secure fencing.
A home with or without children, they must be dog savvy children who can handle puppy behavior.
A home with or without another dog.If another dog is in residence already we seek a Female of medium to large size who is well socialized and tolerant of puppy behavior.
A daily walk. Short walks while he is a puppy and his bones are developing. A moderate-long walk when is older and has more energy to burn.
A lot of love and training! Tonto should be welcomed as part of the family and not just left on his own in the backyard all the time. His new owner should dedicate time to training and take him to puppy classes.
He is young enough to learn if you have a dog savvy cat
We recommend children in the home to have prior dog / puppy exposure before your family applies for a young pups puppies do teeth and have sharp little puppy teeth
