About Harper ๐
This sweet little girl is Harper ๐
Whilst she is our special needs kitty, she has no idea herself how special she isโฆ.Harper has a Congenital Spinal Malformation (similar to Scoliosis) which means her spine curves to one side. We have had her spine X-rayed and discussed the options with 2 of our amazing vets, who both agree that she is currently not experiencing any pain nor neurological deficits (abnormal function).
Harper is now 14 weeks oldโฆ.sheโs a fun loving girl, and although always up for a wrestle or game of chase with her feline friends, we need a special home (preferably as an only cat) where she will have a calm environment. She has been great with kids, but would be better suited to a home with adults only or teenagers who will understand her needs ๐ฅฐ
She needs a home where there is minimal opportunity to climb, to reduce the risk of injury. So NO tall cat scratchersโฆ.
Our vets did not want to desex her at this time, given her condition and have recommended she have repeat X-rays and Desexing done at 4-6mths of age (which Paws will cover). This means she will be adopted out under a Desex agreement.
Sadly, we donโt know what Harpers prognosis is moving forward, but she could lead a relatively normal life (if she has the right environment), and being a Tortie, she may very well have it in her to do that!
Harper loves her food and will let you know when itโs time for breakfast or dinner ๐ sheโs doing amazing with her litter training and an absolute delight to have in general. She deserves the opportunity to find an amazing home, which is what we plan on giving her โค๏ธ
HARPER WILL NEED A 100% INDOOR ONLY HOME - no exceptions โ๏ธโ๏ธโ๏ธ
If you think you can provide Harper with the perfect forever home and willing to give her every chance at a beautiful life, please send us an email.
She is located in Summerland Point on the Central Coast NSW.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
