Marmalade is a gentle girl who enjoys a quiet afternoon sleeping peacefully in her bed by the window. She enjoys playing with her humans or siblings for a small time each day.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... I would thrive in a quiet home where I am able to observe things that catch my eye from the window. I may be happy with other cats as I have grown up with my siblings.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I am a gentle and quiet cat who likes to play with my humans but more often like to sleep with my mum by the window. I will play a small game or two if my humans have toys that I like.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I have grown up in a home with adults only and I’m not accustomed to loud noises or rapid movements yet. My gentle nature would be suitable for children after a reasonable transition.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I have grown up with my 4 siblings and my mum. I have happily shared food and played with them. She has not been tested with dogs but I may adjust given my young age

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
