About Alfie
Meet Alfie! He is a cute pup who is quick to come out of his shell! He walks well on lead and is food motivated. He loves the comfort of a lap and will happily sit there and enjoy all the attention and pats! Alfie enjoys playing with soft toys and has been enjoying time in the office with us. He isn't toilet trained yet, so his new owners will need to work on this from the start with him. Alfie has previously lived with a cat and they were able to coexist so he may be able to go home to a dog-friendly cat. He has enjoyed interacting with other dogs of his size and may be able to go home to another small dog pending a meet and greet. Alfie is an active boy who enjoys daily walks!

You no longer need to submit an online application to adopt a dog, puppy, cat, kitten or small animal.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:
Burwood: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
