Hi, I am Philly! If you would like to adopt me and hear my cute meow, come down to the RSPCA and meet me today. I love nothing more than some head pats and a cuddle. When you adopt me, I will hang over your shoulder while you show me around my new forever home.

This home may include children and/or other pets, or I would be happy to be the only pet as well, I'm not too fussed. I can't wait to meet you and move into my forever home.
