About Ben
Meet Ben! This energetic young man is full of life and loves to be around people. He's new to pet life and is looking for a loving home where he can receive the care and encourangement he needs while he learns what it means to live the life of luxury as a pet.
Ben still has some learning to do, but his enthusiasm makes him a great companion and a willing student. He gets along well with other large dogs, happily sleeps in his own bed, loves walks (with no leash handling issues), and loves food so much that he will listen to everything you say if you have food in your hands. He also loves pats and manages stairs without a problem.
Ben loves to talk almost as much as he loves food - so don't be surprised if you find him chatting away about needing more breakfast or going on a walk immediately! When it comes to playing with other dogs, Ben is still learning, but his tail wagging and body language indicate that he's happy - not aggressive - when he growls during playtime. He's also prone to pinching food within reach, though he is working on learning how to ask politely before doing so.
If you're looking for an affectionate pup who loves walks and being around people, Ben would make the perfect addition to your family. He would especially love a home with a garden he has access to during the day where he can relax after all those fun adventures!
