About Moana

An extremely snuggly little man, Moana or Mr Moo will happily curl up on your lap for naps but also has heaps of fun playing with his toys! You'd never know he used to be a shy guy - he's definitely come out of his shell in foster care and now Curious and Adventurous are his middle names :)
Like all Maggie's pets, Moana is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be with humans who'll spend lots of purrsonal time with me, because I really don't love being on my own! What I do love very much are tummy rubs and head scratches :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Typical kitten! I play hard for a few hours, then fall into a deep sleep - either somewhere cosy and quiet, or as close to another warm body as I can get.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'd love a home with kids to hang out with! But I do sometimes go a bit overboard and don't want to hurt anyone, so children aged 5+ will be the best match for me.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'm an Alpha personality type and see myself as the man of the house, so I'm not going to be happy in a home with any other pets unfortunately. I just have no concept of the pecking order!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
