About Ella
Meet Ella!
She came into care with her mummy Debbee and siblings Jacob, Max and Benny. They were rescued after being dumped in a tiny cage, out the front of a childcare centre in the dead of night. They were all in an appalling condition, malnourished and ill. They have been lovingly cared for, back to perfect health and are now ready to find their forever homes!
This cutie is a mischievous, inquisitive and playful kitten. Her coat is a beautiful mix of white with deep brown stripes and swirls around her face, ears and sides. She has an adorable pink nose, surrounded by brown markings, and her mesmerizing green eyes will steal your heart in an instant!
Ella loves toys, dinner time, and snuggling up on a lap when she can find one. If there isn't a lap available, she likes to curl up on soft blankets and make biscuits before settling down for a nap.
Ella is loving and friendly towards human visitors and is very brave! She has not yet met other pets but has a great relationship with her brother Jacob. We'd love them to be adopted together! Ella cries if he is not around.
Despite having gone through a tough start to life, Ella has always been trusting and playful since being fostered. She truly is very special!
The ideal home for Ella would be one that's full of love, and with her brother Jacob.
Do you have the purrfect home she deserves?

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video call (due to Covid restrictions). Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals for adoption are desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
