About Barney
If you are interested in Barney, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/w1iDu99Rx4PpvG7e7
Meet Barney :) This 3 year old boy’s temperament is just as beautiful as his appearance.
Barney has settled in so well with his foster family and has the most loving personality. He has been living with another female greyhound and he loves the company, so we think he’d prefer to have a doggo friend rather than being an only dog, unless his family are home more often than not to keep him company. He hasn’t shown any signs of separation anxiety while away from his humans.
He has been super friendly and polite towards every dog and person (including small kids) he has met, so he’d be happy to share his home with any breed of dog and even kids.
Barney is a very friendly and smoochy boy who loves his people, he’s always up for a cuddle with his foster parents. He also loves his toys, he will keep himself occupied for hours playing with them, so his forever home needs to make sure he is spoiled with lots of toys.
He is the most amazing walker on the leash, he currently wears a harness and he never pulls and generally says at your side the whole time. For a 3 year old, Barney is very calm in nature which makes him the perfect family pet.
If you’re after an affectionate boy who will make an amazing companion for you and your furry friend, Barney may be the perfect match for you.
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
