About Dot and Pip
Please meet Dot (4 weeks) and Pip (6 months), a mother and daughter duo who love cuddles and of course, their food (Pig’n’Mix, veggies and hay). They are still a little shy in their cage, but with a lot of love and attention, they will come out of their shell. These ladies are not suitable for young children due to Dot’s baby energy, being so young she doesn’t sit still for very long. They will need a home with no ramps or C&C grids, as Dot can easily fall or slip through the grids.
Dot and Pip must be adopted together as they are a bonded pair.
Adoption details
Qld Guinea Pig Refuge holds open days at the Albany Creek Scout Den in North Brisbane on the first and third Saturday of each month. All adoptions require pre-approval and your application form should be submitted for processing at least two days prior.
The adoption fee for our guinea pigs is $25 each. Desexed guinea pigs are $35 each. They come fully health checked; worm and mite treated; and have been living at their foster carer’s house where they receive handling time.
