About Hazel
😸 Cute as a button, Hazel! 😸
“Hello, I’m sorry that I might be a little bit of a quiet kitty if we ever get to meet, but it’s because I’m quite shy and I’m still finding my way in the world. I have been in foster care for a week now and I’m slowly settling in. Loud noises and fast little people can be a bit scary for me and I might do a little hiss because of it, but it’s the only way I know how to tell someone that I’m scared. I live with foster kids at the moment, and they were fine to pick me up for a quick cuddle, but I much prefer getting to know them though fun and play. Think things like at wands, laser toys, scrunchy balls. Getting playful brings a kitty’s inner spark out and I’m always ready to pounce!”
Hazel can be quite timid when faced with new experiences and environments. We expect Hazel to feel comfortable with children of all ages who can sit quietly and approach gently while Hazel becomes settled in a new home. We expect a smooth transition moving to a home with other household pets with the right introductions, and we are happy to provide support during this time.
