About Muffin
Muffin is a beautiful tabby girl with dark orange eyes. She is only 12 weeks old, and in perfect health.
Muffin loves being petted, especially on her belly and head, and loves playing with paper balls.
She is a little bit timid at first but warms up quickly to people she meets - especially if you bring out her toys!
Muffin loves curling up in cosy spots for a nap and snoozing in the rays as they stream through the window.
Muffin has never been around children or other animals (apart from her sister), so an ideal home for her would be somewhere she can relax and feel comfortable, with slow, patient introductions to other animals.
Currently located in Bondi Junction, this sweet kitty will make the perfect companion for any home!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video call (due to Covid restrictions). Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until the date of adoption. The pet will be rehomed desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
