About Persephone
INTRODUCING PERSEPHONE!! (otherwise known as Persie)
Persephone was named after the Queen of the Underworld, because she had a really close brush with death when she was little and of course, she won. She came into care as a tiny 300g kitten, very malnourished and anaemic and after a blood transfusion from one of our amazing Vet Nurses' adult cats she has been thriving ever since.
Persie is an absolute delightful kitten, she is all about her humans and follows them around like the little underworld shadow that she is. She loves to be wherever her humans are, she will sleep on the pillow next to you, follow you around the house and be snuggled up on you whenever you sit down.
Aside from being Queen of the Underworld, Persie is also a little gazelle. She loves to jump around and play, jumping up as you walk past like she really thinks she could take you down, Persie is definitely small but mighty.
Persie's purr is just as loud as her personality, she is a super happy kitten and really adaptable. She loves everyone and is not afraid of anything. She even loves the resident dog and noisy kids. And when she is really happy, she will reach up and touch your face with her paws and give your nose some kitten kisses.
Persie is an all-rounder, she is super friendly, adaptable and very entertaining, she is the perfect kitten for a busy family home and will repay your love a hundred times over.
All AWL NSW kittens and cats come litter trained, desexed, microchipped and will have received their first vaccination.
