About Belle
Belle is an elegant, affectionate, calm, beautiful young lady.
She isn't aware of her size and thinks she’s a lap dog! She prefers to be the little spoon, but is happy if she can touch the humans with her foot while she naps.
Belle is living with cats, and other dogs and enjoys car rides and thinks the hose is fun, rain is fun, thunder is okay, but lightning makes me run and hide next to my foster-mum
She enjoys stealing shoes and socks- for safekeeping!
Gardening is fun, but digging the same hole over and over, every time you fill it in, is better! If she could add shoes and socks to her holes she would be extra pleased!
Walks well on lead and has learnt that cars are not scary but loud trucks still are. She has good manners, sleeps quietly through the night and enjoys learning new things to earn tasty treats.
She does not mind spending time on her own but do not leave her where she can get to your clothes, or they will all end up on the floor ... somehow!
She will go to the door when she wants to go potty, but if you leave her waiting too long, she will pee on the floor. She is still very much a baby.
She has come to us with her litter and we have worked on her socialisation and training. She has done well and has improved rapidly. She is timid by nature and has a fear of aggressive people which indicated there may be abuse in her history. She needs a calm home with committed, kind and stable humans.
