Meet Chloe!

This sweet, older girl, has had a very hard life and is looking for a home full of love and kindness to help her adjust to her next stage of life being blind.

After coming into our care in very poor condition, our vets made the hard decision to remove both of her eyes - leaving her to be completely blind. Chloe is much more comfortable since recovering from her surgery but needs a very special home to help her get used to living without sight.

The difference we have seen in her since her recovery has been incredible, she is finally giving us little wags of her tail and gets very excited by the sound of our footsteps when we are going to say hello.

Chloe still has a lot of learning to do to adjust to her new world, our team can happily give you as much information as you need to help settle a blind dog into your home, please consider your home setup and the safety of the things in your home if you are interested in adopting her, it will be a journey for you and her, but we promise it will result in a happy, loving, dog who wants nothing more than to curl up on your lap on the couch.

Its very important that you take things slow with Chloe so you can build that trust with her, she may be suitable to live with another dog, but they need to be very appropriate with their interactions with Chloe. We kindly ask that anyone under 12years old is present at the meet & greet.
