George

George is a gentleman who loves people and cuddles. He's quite timid at first but he quickly warms up to new people once he sees they mean him no harm.
His breed is known for being loyal, protective and devoted to their families, but George is a little timid so he may take some extra time to get used to new people. However, once he sees that you mean him no harm, he will quickly become your friend. George loves snuggling with his humans, and taking long naps in the sunshine. With his cuddly nature and sweet personality, you can be sure that George will make a great addition to any home.
Unfortunately George has had to have his hind end shaved due to his being very matted and embed with grass seeds and the like. His hair will grown back to normal in time, but he will require regular brushing to help him keep his coat tangle free.
Although George has a clean bill of health, he is a little older and may soon require veterinary treatment for diseases of old age such as arthritis and heart disease. Please don't be put off by George's age because, with the right care, he has many more years ahead of him/her.
