Hi, I’m Croc!
I’m a sensitive and sweet boy looking for a patient family who can help bring me out of my shell. I really love people but it takes me a second to warm up to them.
When I first came into the facility, I couldn't walk on lead at all as it was so scary and new for me. Now that I've been here a while, I walk beautifully on lead! My confidence has really bloomed and I really love humans. I’m mostly very gentle and would be open to meeting children of any age.
I have met other dogs at the facility and would love to meet any existing dog in the household to make sure we become friends before we go home together. I used to be really scared of dogs but I've come so far now that my carers think I'm ready to have more positive interactions with other dogs.
I'm learning to play with toys and be a true puppy. It would be awesome if my new family enrolled me into group training classes to help us build trust and spend quality time together.
It’d be best if I have company most of the time in my new home while I get settled. If you think you’d be able to provide me a great home, fill out an expression of interest below.

Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
How much does it cost to adopt?
The adoption fee for dogs covers C3 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
The adoption fee for cats covers F3 vaccination, health check, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
