About Kuro
Meet Kuro, he is young and loving.
He loves training and learning new things, so a family that will continue training him and is interested in group or individual dog training classes would be ideal. He already knows, sit, shake paws, has good food manners, and for a pup is doing well with his lead walking and improving every day. Kuro is crate trained and his new owner will do well to continue this to give him a safe place to go to when needed.
Kuro has a lot of personality; he is head strong and determined so we are looking for an experience dog owner to adopt him. He can be a bit mouthy and needs continuous training around this and requires no children in the home. Safe long-lasting chews are great for management and prevention tools for this. He is still working on toilet training; he is getting there but is not reliable yet and will need regular time outside to toilet.
Kuro considers himself a lap dog, he is currently weighing 18kg. He would prefer to share his home with a mature calm patient female dog or would be happy as the only dog if his people are around more than not.
*Please only apply if you are ready to meet and adopt this pet now, and if all family members are in support of the adoption. *
Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet. We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
