About Rufus
Meet Rufus - the grumpy-faced, cuddle fiend!
Rufus was recently released into our care from a research facility, and is ready to find his forever home. Despite his resting grump face, Rufus is an incredibly affectionate cat who loves nothing more than getting a good belly rub or cuddling up with his humans. He adjusts quickly to new environments and loves playing with toys, sun-baking by the window, and keeping you company on the couch or bed.
Rufus is best suited for life as an only cat and would prefer a household with no young children. He’s also an indoor-only pet (though access to a cat run would be great if available). Although he may be initially shy around groups of people and loud noises, he doesn’t mind having people around the house once he gets used to them.
Rufus has already been litter trained, desexed, microchipped and vaccinated - so all that’s left for him to do is find his loving home! If you think you can provide Rufus with the warm home he deserves, please fill out our online application form at www.beaglerescuevic.org. Thank you!
