Well let me introduce you to the tiny little loveable Trooper

Trooper is a 5.5 kilo Jack Russell Terrier who simply cannot get enough or give enough love and affection

At just 1 year old Trooper is still a baby and has lots of learning to do and boy does he want to learn

Trooper was in the pound and when he arrived a scared timid little man but his confidence has soared and he is now just begging for human love.

Although not a dog, social Trooper is fine to walk but does get annoyed with dogs who bark at him.

We feel a home with mature children would be suitable as long as they are dog savvy

Trooper is very small and can fit under tiny cracks in gates lol so this little gut definitely needs a secure fenced home

He is super fast, wow can he run and those little legs get him from A to B in lightning speed

Trooper loves to chew on long lasting treats and his favorite are pigs snouts and bones

Trooper is a beautiful loving little dog who just wants love and gives a lot of it in return. He loves to sit on your knee and if given the opportunity, to be nose to nose so he can give you kisses. At first he was quite nervous when hearing household noises for the first time but has settled down after a few days. He is extremely frightened of the garden hose even when it’s turned off. He hid for 30 minutes even after the hose was turned off.

He has been sleeping on his carer's bed at night and wakes between 7.30 and 8. He is toilet trained but there have been accidents at times. He will certainly benefit from training as he doesn’t seem to know the basic commands although he is smart enough to soon learn. Each day he is gaining in confidence and now chooses to play outside and soak up the sun. He has been left alone outside for brief periods of time. Trooper had been for a ride in the car and was a bit anxious but settled down.

Like other dogs it appears that if they don’t react then he won’t react to them.

Trooper is probably not good from a home with cats and being a busy little Jack Russell we will be seeking a home that an keep him well stimulated and exercised
