About Rupert
Meet Rupert! He is an absolutely lovely boy who has really come out of his shell in foster care. He was quite stressed in the shelter however he has become the smoochiest, cuddliest boy! He loves pats and cuddles but it is important to set him up for success to encourage him to bond with you using treats and play. He hasn't met other animals in foster, but with a slow and proper introduction he may be okay living with another friendly feline. His foster carer describes Rupert as a sweet and cute cat who loves curling up on the couch with you while watching TV, but it did take time and patience to see Rupert's beautiful personality shine through. Rupert needs an experienced cat owner to help encourage him to be the smoochy boy he can be! Rupert loves soft toys and ping pong balls and chasing them is his favourite hobby along with watching TV on the couch.
If you have lots of patience and love to encourage this boy to come out of his shell in a new environment, please call RSPCA Peninsula on 5978 9001 to organise and meet and greet with Rupert while he's in foster!
