bella is a 9 year old female cocker spaniel (possibly poodle x)

she is a very lovable little dog who wants nothing more than to be somebody's companion. . Although she has not spent a lot of time with children in her life, he time she has spent with them has been positive and she has been well behaved. . Bella loves cuddles and will fall asleep in your lap getting her belly rubbed. She is an inside dog. Cocker spaniel's are not an independent breed, and need to be near their owner. When inside, she will spend a lot of time sleeping and relaxing, and will approach you for the occasional cuddle. She likes to be in the general vicinity of where you are inside the house. She does not tolerate long periods outside without you. She is a pretty good guard dog. She has a surprisingly deep bark (bow wow bark!) for a little dog. She's not a yapper, and only barks when she thinks it's 'serious'. She loves to go for walks so that she can sniff the neighbourhood, and is learning to be a good walker on a gentle leader (type of corrective halter). She loves to go to obedience classes, however, is not very sociable with other dogs. Bella can sit, stay, come, drop and go outside. She is learning to stand at the moment.
