About Cedar
Meet Cedar, a stunning 1 and a half year old petite Kelpie girl with striking green eyes and red and tan colouring. Her good looks are matched in equal parts by exuberant Kelpie energy!
Cedar is a highly intelligent and active girl who thrives on training and games. She loves playing fetch, tug, and scent work with the ball. She is looking for an experienced working dog home with plenty of land and time to fulfill her training needs, but in return, she will be the happiest and most content pup around. Cedar would make a great companion for someone interested in dog sports, obedience or someone who is after a dog that can keep up with an active lifestyle.
Cedar is crate trained and sleeps soundly through the night and toilet trained. She knows sit, drop, shake, find it, and loves to learn new tricks. She loves a car trip and travels beautifully! Cedar can be excitable when meeting other dogs initially but is generally submissive and is learning appropriate behaviour with the help of her furry foster sister.
Cedar had little experience with the outside world and had no rules or boundaries in her previous life, however she has come a long way since being in care. Once her physical and mental needs have been met she has a great offswitch.
Whatever effort is put into Cedar she will give it back in spades!
If you have the time, energy and the appropriate lifestyle for the gorgeous and intelligent, Cedar, apply now!
**Cedar is located in Vic…

You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa.
