Sandra

Sandra is a pretty girl, who came to us after either being lost or dumped, and not found by her owner. She arrived with our worst nightmare... scaly leg mites! These little suckers meant she's been indoors in quarantine for many weeks, getting treatment every 3 days. To be honest it actually looked like someone had already started treatment before she arrived, as some recovery could already be seen, but now we are certain that the new scales have come through and she's in the clear. She's also been wormed and had full parasite treatment since being here. It's wonderful to see her recovered, and ready to move into a healthy flock.
