💕Duke is looking for his forever home..💕

Who wouldn't want to adopt this amazing boy?

Sweet Duke who's had a bad run so far in his short life really deserves to find stability and love with his very own forever home.

Adopted last year, Duke was sadly surrendered back to us when he found himself at the local pound and his owner was away and wouldn't come and collect him.

A lovely family went and picked him up for us and has been fostering him ever since but due to one of their own dogs not being dog friendly, unfortunately they have been living in seperate houses as Duke gets along fantastic with their bigger dog but is scared of their little dog so hubby has been staying in at their other place with the big dogs.

So as to not keep moving Duke from home to home, they have offered to continue to foster him until he is adopted as hubby has got quite attached to him but as much as he is loving life with them, sadly, to be fair to them, we need to find Duke his forever home sooner rather than later.

Duke is an amazing boy, at just 16 months old, he is a dream.
He doesn't have a bad bone in his body and gets along famously with other dogs, even when his carers frenchie goes off at him, he doesn't retaliate, he gets scared of him and runs the opposite way.

He is also house trained, knows his manners, is good with kids and is good with cats also.

Young enough to teach him what he needs to know and is old enough not to be destructive to anything too. What more can you ask for?
The only thing Dukey isn't good with is chickens!

Duke is a deerhound x staghound and is currently located in Frankston

Dukes ideal family would be a family who has another dog for him to play with, and possibly a couple of older kids who would get outside and kick a ball with him.
But Duke is that laid back, any family would suit him as long as he is included as a valued family member and loved as much as he loves them.
He also hardly barks.
